has been dancing since the age of 5. She studied with the Dance Academy of Bartlett, and graduated from The University of Memphis with a B.F.A. in Theatre with a concentration in Dance. Cheyenne is a certified teacher and current Board Member of the Southern Association of Dance Masters. Tap may be her favorite style, but that never stopped her from learning other genres such as ballet, jazz, ballroom & Latin, and other types of dance. Cheyenne currently teaches ballet, tap, jazz, and contemporary at Joy McDaniel Academy of Dance and Gymnastics, and is a Performing Arts teacher for Fayette Academy. In 2017, she received Tennessee’s Inspirational Dancer and Choreographer, Prestigious Adult Female Choreographer and Dancer, and Innovative Tap Instructor of the Year. She hopes to inspire the next generation of dancers to follow their dreams and pursue their passions.
